Organic Certification and Agri-Food Quality
Amigdala has been a certified organic company since 2017. Bioagricert certification guarantees that our products comply with current regulations on organic farming and product safety.
The Sicilian black bee is the best ally of our production. This native species, saved from extinction, is perfectly resistant to the high temperatures of the Sicilian summer and is a master at pollinating our plants

Organic is sustainable
Our organic farming promotes practices that respect the environment, biodiversity, and soil fertility. By avoiding pesticides and chemical fertilizers, we help reduce pollution and soil degradation.
We are also careful about our use of water resources and follow nature's cycles without using greenhouses or other expedients to grow our agricultural products. In this way, we are working towards healthier and more balanced food production in the long term.
Our irrigation systems are designed to minimize water dispersion and evaporation. To optimize the process, our pond* collects rainwater and supplies the fields with sub-irrigation systems.
Finally, we use solar energy for all the processing of our agricultural products through the installation of solar panels on the farm.
