Our commitment to recover ancient cultivations

Preserving Sicily’s agricultural history means safeguarding authentic flavors and biodiversity. At Amigdala we cultivate autochthonous seeds and ancient varieties, passed down through generations, to bring back to tables the genuine taste of tradition

We recover almost-forgotten cultivars, protecting them from the standardization of industrial productions, guaranteeing healthy, organic products full of history.

Every seed we plant is an act of resistance against the loss of biodiversity and a concrete commitment to keep alive the flavors of the past

The People Behind Amigdala

Amigdala has a long tradition behind it. Our grandparents lived in harmony with the land and passed on to us their love for it, not only as a source of sustenance but also as a heritage to be proud of. At Amigdala, the farmer is the guardian of the land.
