Pantelleria, the breath of the volcano

Pantelleria is an island forged by fire and shaped by wind, where extreme nature becomes a generous mother.

Here, our crops take root in 1.5 hectares of volcanic soil, rich in minerals, which give our products their unique flavor and character. Here, man has learned to dialogue with the most extreme nature through careful management of resources and by exploiting the climate to his advantage. On our estate, the Pantelleria gardens are stone treasure chests in which fragrant citrus fruits grow.

In this setting, watched over by the estate's four dammusi houses, grow the bush-trained vineyards, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, planted as early as 1946. These produce our Passito di Pantelleria, the symbol of the island. But that's not all: capers, centuries-old creeping olive trees, and aromatic plants find an ideal environment here, enriching biodiversity and bringing an authentic imprint of this volcanic land to our products.

Dattilo, the fertile heart of western Sicily

In the heart of the Trapani countryside, in Dattilo (a village in the valley below Erice and just a few kilometers from Trapani), our farm covers an area of 27 hectares and preserves an agricultural landscape where fertile soil meets centuries-old tradition.

In the Agroericino area, our crops coexist and interact with each other: the young carob grove with 200 trees is a delicious refuge for the Sicilian bees we raise, which produce pure golden honey and pollinate all the plants on the estate.

Here we cultivate native vines for our 100% Sicilian wines and olive trees that give us an intense and harmonious extra virgin olive oil, the result of an ideal Mediterranean microclimate. Next to the olive groves, Sicilian durum wheat continues to grow luxuriantly, keeping alive the tradition of artisan breads and pastas that have made this land famous.

In this fertile and authentic microcosm, daily work in the fields becomes an act of continuity with nature, which gives us products of agricultural and cultural value. The richness of the land becomes the richness of the table for everyone.
